Anne was great as usual and Patrice seemed very competent.
Great staff - up todate equipment and procedures.

Had my teeth cleaned with Trish. She is always so pleasant. I've been seeing her for my last several visits, she is very knowledgable, explains what she is doing and has helped me with taking better care of my teeth.
This was a MISERABLE experience I waited for 45 minutes, then was rushed and told that was no time to finish my cleaning. The lady cleaning my teeth would not shut up and talked the entire time she cleaned. How does she expect someone to answer non stop questions when their mouth is full - SO FRUSTRATING The doctor who I never met, had no idea I was a new patient and came across as a salesman. Trish is always great. New front desk folks are very professional
Your automated appointment confirmation system needs to work with cell phones. It would not accept a confirmation input from a cell phone. Also, phone conversations with one office person regarding appointment changes should be shared with all office personnel. We experienced repeated calls and explanations with different people, which was frustrating.
