Lucy should be fired. Awnsered the phone with the most pissed off hello, which isn't very friendly especially when dealing with people in crisis. I asked for an appointment with my psychiatrist asap for my anxiety and stated I need meds urgently. She then proceeded to say "well you've got diazipam just take that" , I have two children and a lot of physical health conditions. Diazipam isn't a long term mental health solution.
