I would literally rather live in the Kum & Go parking lot with that homeless dude than ever think about living here again.
Let me start with this, I would not live in this place again if you paid me (which they kind of try to do with gift cards). We signed our lease and asked for two random roommates, we were promised 100 dollar gift cards and did not get them on time, they pushed back the date at least 4 times and were not pleasant when asked about it. My experience at hillplace has been awful! Starting back in June of 2016. I got offered waived fees, $300 visa gift card, and $100 instant. I now know signing at hillplace was the worst choice of my college career. Throughout the summer I received two incorrect invoices for how much money I owned the for the first month. I did not receive the correct amount until a week before move in, which ended up being $250 more than what the original invoice said. This short notice made ...Continue Reading
