They overcharge everything and have terrible service on everything. Worst place you'll ever live. The staff are rude. Also multiple incidents happened where our cars were broken into and when we told the staff they told us it was our fault for parking where we did. In the parking they provided for us.
Mediocre describes my experiences here. There's nothing "smart" about living here.
DO NOT LIVE THERE!! Living there was one of the worst decisions of my life. I hesitated on giving them a 1 star because if I had a choice they would have recieved a 0.2 out of 5 if I were in a good mood. I loved hillplace. Its got all the basics. Staff are friendly. And there is a fairly large international community.
It's just the worst place ever. Will send you a bill for $50 for blinds that cost $5. Oh and it'll be from the previous tenant. Solid operation they got going on.
Hill Place seemed like a really good idea... At first. Nice amenities (when open) college atmosphere, and not too expensive in terms of rent. However, every encounter I've had thus far with the staff has been unpleasant at the least. Wifi went out during finals week, we were told to "deal with the provider directly" despite the fact that we do not pay the provider directly, we pay hill place.
