My daughter has lived at Hill Place for 3 years and it has been a tremendous experience! Cole is the best!!
I’ve lived at Hill Place for 3 years and this year has been the best by far! Ever since the new management came on, they’ve improved so many things. Cole has been so very helpful in every aspect and is probably the coolest guy you’ll meet! (Pretty sure he’s everyone’s favorite) I mean him and my dad have practically become besties this year. Definitely going to miss living here and in NWA.

Hill Place has been phenomenal!! I am moving in soon and they have been so helpful with all of my questions and concerns! Plus I love the floor plans and style of the rooms! 11/10!

When this property was owned by Hillplace, it was excellent. Now that the Cardinal owns it. I can’t say enough bad things about it.
Great service and quality signing my lease and very happy to say I will be living here next semester!
