I have lived at Hill Place for a little over a year now. It is for sure the best student living complex in Fayetteville! Not only does it provide a ton of complimentary amenities to their residents, but it is also in the perfect location! It is less than a mile away from The University of Arkansas campus, has a gas station and Walmart neighborhood market right next to it, and takes less than 5 minutes to get to the interstate from! I could not imagine living anywhere else during my college years.
I love living at Hill Place! Jenny is very helpful anytime I need anything.
Clean parking lot and office. The lady at the counter greeted me right away. I loved the amenities just in their main office alone. I would rent here if I was a college student.
I highly recommend Hill Place!! Jake Deen was a great help & was able to answer all of my questions!
