RecommendedHill Place Apartments is phenomenal! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help. I had a few issues, but Kaitlin helped out so much. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Hill place is great! The study rooms are so clutch, and the staff in the office are so great and inclusive, especially Macy! 😉

My daughter has lived at Hill Place Apartments for over a year now. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. They are very close to the U of A. I really enjoy driving by Baum Stadium and seeing the Razorbacks playing on my way to see her. She rides the apartment's private shuttle bus to and from her classes which has been very convenient since parking can be difficult and expensive at U of A. The Fayetteville biking and walking trail runs right through the apartment complex and we have enjoyed many bike rides on it ... read more
The guts they have to try to advertise their places with no overcharges is messed up because they are the complete opposite of that.
The property is very nice and everyone seems friendly. Definitely a top student living spot.
