Management does not care about their residents ..after 3 years of renting , my kids who are attending the university let management know they would be moving soon and were a few days ago that they needed to pack up there stuff and vacate their apartment for 3 days , to allow for painting and updates . they will be out of their residence well before the lease is up , and the rent was going to be paid till end of lease . I have had countless issues since hillplace got new management a year ago. For example, I was overcharged on rent month after month (accumulating to hundreds of dollars i did not owe). I came to them as soon as the problem first occurred, but they would not resolve the issue after countless times of calling the office, emailing, and going in and talking with management. I've lived at Hill Place for 2 years now and have loved it. I upgraded to the elite plan my second year and has been a great improvement. The staff seems to show a lot of care for their residents by trying to plan events, parties, and giveaways for residents. I would definitely recommend Hill Place to anyone considering signing. Also, make sure you ask for Hailey to sign with! She has always been nice and super helpful for my roommates and I.
Cool apartment and great service. Great place to meet new people. Also Hailey, Cole and the rest of the stuff will always be around for help and answer any question.
I moved into hillplace my junior year of college and all of the staff members were very helpful to me as I got settled in. One of the workers their on my first day helped me through everything and made it super easy for me. Her name was Hailey. They matched me with a great set of roommates and always have cool events that go on. The complexes are extremely nice and comfortable, a perfect place I like to call home. I really have no complaints about it at all!
