This is one of the best apartment complexes I have stayed in. They have alot to offer and the staff is very helpful. They always helped me when I had questions or needed maintenance. They always send an email in advance letting you know what's going on or if they have any maintenance that's going to be done. If I didn't have to move for work I would continue living here as I have been for 2 years.
Really bad experience. We were robbed and nothing was done, seems as though the only thing they are good for is collecting funds. I got charged rent twice one month, and overage fees for a month and it took weeks to get things sorted out. Furthermore we have had robberies and leaking appliances in the house and it takes forever for the staff members to let maintenance know. Looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 2017, willing to pay half one month rent, and $250 ! Haven't move in yet so the place is completely new and clean! Before you turn in your keys you should do a walk through with someone in the office. My son and I did a good job of cleaning the apt. Several months later I was billed for paint carpet cleaning and normal, wear and tear that most places would have to do anyway. We were charged over $500 and were told we had 2 days to pay. I tried to talk to the office and spoke to different people and then when I finally got ahold of the right person they said it was too late, there was nothing they could do it was sent to collections.
I love the new upgrades and that is another reason why I renewed!! :)
