As a employee of a hospital, or healthcare facility you can not be fired, demoted, or harassed for reporting any of the following 1. Code violations 2. Abuse of patients 3. Neglect of patients 4. Unprofessional or unethical conduct 5. Violations of laws. Hill Crest breaks these, and dozens of violations daily. Employees are under paid, and under appreciated. This company deals in the business of character assassination. They will deliberately destroy your credibility,and reputation while they walk away, and pretend nothing ever happened. Your survival at this company depends on who your best friends daughter is, or who you are roommates with. You don't have a chance at this diabolical hospital. I am disturbed. My husband and I drove over an hour to Hill Crest to help our daughter with her depression. I noticed she was very withdrawn and crying since we picked her up. She finally revealed to her father and I what happened. She tells us that she had to sleep in a day room, and we paid for her a bed with our insurance. Why did she have to sleep in a day room? I wish I could give this place a zero. Based on my professional experience. I am rating this place the worst company I have ever worked for. First administrative support is nonexistent. Once you land in the belly of the beast, you are on your on. There is no form of training,always understaffed, no rules are followed,medical protocols are always altered.
