PLEASE stay away from this place. i was only 14. the adolecent unit was horrific. they dont offer you help, and the therapists dont give a crap about you. my mental health got SIGNIFICANTLY worse after being there. it was dehumanising, and you got punished for everything. you just sat in a room all day and stared at the walls while listening to people scream. people were abused and the staff did not care. please, please stay away

I am writing a review about Jennifer Snyder, CEO of Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services. I had a critical issue that needed resolved, upon demand. I called the office five times and didn't get anywhere but where I started. After an email to the CEO, it took less than a few hours and my issue was resolved. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING that has been done, to not only resolve my issue, but to allow my daughter to be able to continue with her treatment. Thanks Jennifer for all of your diligent work!!!

I was court ordered to undergo a mental evaluation and hillcrest was the better alternative. One thing i MUST say. The staff" from techs to nurses to counselors to top dog doctors , ALL of them were EXTREMELY professional helpful and very true to their job description at the hospital. Naturally you r going to find areas of the hospital that need some help , like unsalted food , uncomfortable bedding, etc. But i wasnt theor for a vacational stwy at the Marriot hotel. I cant remember all the staff's names but they ALL aee to b... read more

This place reminds me of the facility in one flew over the cuckoos nest. Building decor is antiquated at best, several RNs could not tell me my official diagnosis, therepists were not helpful and did not appear to want to engage me. Food taste and variety is lacking. I did enjoy my conversations with Burney Johnson and Tyson Pound; they seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. Dr. James Barnett was great. I hope I never have to get my meds adjusted again but if I do I will beg never to return to this place.

As a former employee I can attest to all of the negative reviews presented by others. Unless you are one of the "selected few" you are worth nothing. I have witnessed patient abuse, Medicaid billing fraud, a DON who is rarely at work, and numerous HIPAA violations. The CEO simply covers up everything or fires anyone who attempts to blow the whistle. Several of my former coworkers contacted the employee complaint department about these issues and nothing happened. The DON isn't even qualified to be the DON. Several of t... read more

The circumstances described "RUN" have nothing to do with this company. Staff and patients put their lives in danger walking in the door. The hospital is able to function like it does only because they have fired licensed Healthcare professionals and replaced them with by unlicensed people unencumbered by any code of ethics. Some of the employees are very nice, but they are all too intimidated to stand up for their colleagues about the problems that obviously exist. Problems are rampant, but verbalizing the obvious and tryin... read more
