Dr Green is my doctor and she's the best doctor I've ever had, she's competent,genuine kind, caring , and goes above and beyond the call of duty , in the current state of NHS where you can't even get an appointment Dr Green manages to find the time to call me just to check I'm OK, so a big thanks to Dr Green, who sets the bar so high and manages to continuously and with ease and functions like this every time all the time

So I called about booking an appointment I've needed for a few days. Their online form is closed and over the phone got told I had to book though the online form. Which is closed.....that's why I rang them.

I simply want a blood test. I've phoned up at 5.25pm expecting to speak to a receptionist. The automated service wasn't clear at giving me that option. So I chose option 3, to speak to admin. I was unable to do that, cos all admin staff finish at 5. What is GP practices coming to if we can't speak to staff during ALL surgery opening hours. This is just another bad policy that GP surgeries seem to be adopting. And a waste of phone credit, that is so important to people on low incomes. I’ve just moved slightly out of the area into Wakefield, and my experiences at my new GP are light and day compared to here. I was under the impression that all GPs were struggling hence the slow degrading of service from Hillbrow; but it’s not the case. My new GP does not have these problems.

I had a telephone consultation for a gynecological matter last Thursday and within a week I have had an ultrasound scan and a follow up by the doctor. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you.
