It was pleasure to have Justine at Highworth Flowers for our wedding, and she was truly wonderful from start to finish. From our very first meeting, Justine was so friendly and approachable. Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Customer Service and Refund Resolution: I placed an order on June 27th, 2024, for chocolate truffles (£17.50), which was promptly canceled after I was informed that delivery to my London address was not possible.
