The atmosphere of this place is what draws the regulars in. With acoustic guitars on the walls, autographed pictures alongside and an exterior wall painted with the American flag, the place screams Americana. When the weather is nice, make it a point to eat out. Their spacious and spread out patio accommodates several tables with beach umbrellas to shield from the sun. Outside, they even have a separate area dedicated just for kids, equipped with a playhouse with an attached slide,and tables just for kids.

Due to poor service, and a complaint I took my business else where. I suggest your establishment look into some schooling and courses for your employees. The treatment we received today was unacceptable and for no reason. I wasted a half hour of my time I didn't have at your establishment only to get up and leave. I will think twice before I waste more time to even come to your place of business!

The place is packed because it's such a great location. Perfect for a nice sunny day! Unfortunately, the service sucks. Seems like they are so busy they could care less if someone is displeased.
First time to Hightopps - great food, music and service!! Well done and we will be back!!!

While the food was amazing the service was horrible. From the time we sat down to the time we paid was 2 hours for a family of 5. There is absolutely no reason why it should take that long. I am just so thankful that our three kids were amazing up until the very end!

It was my first time to Hightops, my wife ordered the burger she said it was perfect. I ordered the cheese steak and it was the best I have ever ate. The crab bowl was simply awesome.
