The atmosphere of this place is what draws the regulars in. With acoustic guitars on the walls, autographed pictures alongside and an exterior wall painted with the American flag, the place screams Americana. When the weather is nice, make it a point to eat out. Their spacious and spread out patio accommodates several tables with beach umbrellas to shield from the sun. Outside, they even have a separate area dedicated just for kids, equipped with a playhouse with an attached slide,and tables just for kids.

My boyfriend and I went tonight for dinner after work. I knew it would be busy, and we were in no rush, so we decided to sit outside, enjoy the weather and have a nice meal. Our waitress comes by, we order drinks, after returning with our drinks she took our order which consisted of wings, grilled cheese sandwich, and shrimp tacos. I've been here several times before and had good experiences, but yesterday will be my last visit. My dining companion's food had feathers in it. The rest of our food was a delightful combo of cold, overcooked and nasty. The rule that only women can wear tank tops is sexist and stupid. We regularly patronize this restaurant with a large and free-spending group, but we won't be coming back. The only redeeming feature was that our server was excellent.
Food (cheese steak sub, only $6 at lunch) was great. Tara was a terrific server.

First time customer of Hightopps last night and had a blast. Decided to try this venue after my friends and I were treated very badly by the staff at Michaels Cafe. So so spot. Outside bar is nice but service is way too slow outside. Could benefit from additional staff out there. About half the staff is cool. Half are rude as can be.

I usually have a good experience, but today service was poor, food was not cooked properly, drinks were weak, and my kids to-go burger didn't quite turn out Well Done as ordered. Off to McDonalds.

I don't know why I've visited this place more than once. Service is always shit. Today we waited 55 minutes for our food. My drinks were garnished(petty- but I noticed everyone else in my servers section was taken care of.) he brought drinks to the table and forgot my daughters because he "ran out of room" on the tray... Screw my drink! Bring my KIDS first! Just terrible. Then after waiting an hour for food my order was wrong! For them to take it back remove the tomatoes and they warmed it up!
