When the weather is nice, make it a point to eat out. Their spacious and spread out patio accommodates several tables with beach umbrellas to shield from the sun. Outside, they even have a separate area dedicated just for kids, equipped with a playhouse with an attached slide,and tables just for kids.

I was a loyal customer until I came in for happy hour and sat for 45 minutes without having our server check in with us after getting our first drink.
High Topps is one of our favorite places to eat. The atmosphere is incredible and we love the menu!!

We have been "quiet" regulars at Hightopps since they opened. We dont stop everyday, every week or every month. We are not loud or life of the party people so they dont scream "Norm" as we enter the place but they are always welcoming, attentive and kind. The acknowledgements start with the owners and flow down through the wait staff. The food has always been appealing, delicious and generous. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. This place deserves the success it has acquired. A true "gem" to the Timonium community.

We went to hightopps for lunch today. We sat there for 45 minutes, ordered within 5 mins. We didn't get any food during the 40 minutes we were waiting including the appetizer. We had to request our drinks be refilled and when we inquired about the amount of time for our food we were met with an attitude by our waitress. I requested a manager but apparently none were available for us either. We left. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had.
