I would put zero if I could. We travelled over 100 miles each way plus a ferry to purchase a vehicle on the word of Jay saying the advert description and his comments on the phone were accurate! Wrong. We did not find out the issues until home and since an initial call chasing for promised documents they now refuse to respond to texts, msg via WhatsApp or voice mail. Not even worth a 1 start would give a massive 0 if i could. Complete shambles of a company. Not a happy experience. Bought a ranger from them and after a few days I started discovering various issues that I was never told about. Pandora security system in the vehicle which was never mentioned in any advert. It is so bad that the alarm keeps going off for no reason at all at all hours of day waking my neighbours and their kids up. It had become progressively worse and now can't even drive my vehicle.
