I just don't know where to start leaving this Garage a review. I have never been to a Garage in my life with such nice people. The owner sold us a car which has been lovely.But I cannot get over how nice he is. My husband had cancer when we bought the car and Ady offered to take us for a meal, yes you read that right. We didn't except the meal as nice as the offer was. Company is about to be struck off for non-filing of accounts. Check Companies House for confirmation. Also check surnames of directors which goes a long way to explaining this. Do not buy from here.
Good buying experience, Sales guys had lots of patience with our questions and process was unhurried. Car prepared to a high standard and all was well. They fitted in around our timetable for pickup and were generally extremely quick at getting back to us. A few days later, we did have an issue, - not something you could predict or check for - and this was sorted efficiently and quickly. Anyone can sell you a car, it's when there's a problem or query, that's what matters. Would definitely recommend.
Recently purchased a used car from here. Ady went above & beyond to get everything right, (I'm seriously a fussy sod) But can quite honestly say, I'd have no hesitation in recommending HIGHLINE to all friends and family. Thanks again Ady, I'm really enjoying the car..
