Under staffed and the available staff mislead and fob off people in crisis. Make statements and promises that they know they can't keep. Very little care and compassion for people who are struggling. I'm not surprised that sadly some people end their lives while waiting for treatment. The whole system needs a shake up. Also the crisis team (or whatever they want to call themselves) do a poor job at supporting people in crisis too, and for the people who may question my review.... I am speaking from personal experience.
This service and all the support staff/ agencies have been absolutely amazing for my friend . This time last year he wanted to commit suicide on a daily basis . With their help and support he is learning how to cope . He is 67 ....this can happen to anyone !!!
Dont go here they are very poor service, no continuity very poor duty of care,low standard of staff character ,unless your one of their own kind (narcasistic demon possesed people) you won't get the service your entitled to ,another public buissness for private dishonest gain(legalese definition of job) trust fund scam
Do not turn you watertaps on when there is no water as you may be flooded.
