I received exceptional care and service from Highlands Medical Center.
Well Dr could come in tell me my result of test couldn't determined what was causing my pain the test was clear but yet he didn't try find out what was the cause or do anymore test either so I left still in pain and not known the cause so I'm still in pain because I can't afford see my family Dr because I have no income
Like another one of these reviews said if your wanting to die the go to highlands. I was there the night before last an it took 2-3 hours just even get vitals done only to be put back out in the waiting room. There again last night for little over 5 hours to only have vitals done again put back out in the waiting room an to be told there was a 5-6 hour wait. Not to mention the very unprofessional nurse working the window yelling personal information across the lobby for everybody to hear.
Very disappointed! My dad was transported from Highlands Nursing Home to ER because of breathing difficulties along with several other issues. We got in a room at 8:00 pm. They ran chest X-rays, EKG, drew blood, etc... the Doctor finally came in and ask me what his problem is??? Here is it 12:41, they have not told me anything. I have ask twice if they are keeping him or sending him back to NH, was told they were waiting on labs!! Really it takes 4-1/2 Hrs to get results from right here where we are???
The best place to give birth! The nurses are amazing and the doctors really care!
