Everyone knows this place is a joke. The ambulance service surprised me though. I had a severe migraine and they refused to take me to Crestwood. Highlands has a no narcotics policy for migraine. The ambulance driver then told me that migraine was NOT a neurological problem.
Do not recieve the best care here. Workers are rude and act better than you before even knowing your situation. Better off going to Huntsville or Crestwood Hospital.I wouldnt trust them with anything major for my loved ones.
The maternity Ward is the worst the nurses are very very hateful
ER visit for a suspected broken ankle started out ok but then turned in to an almost four hour ordeal, all while simply waiting for crutches and discharge papers.
michael Johnson is great his is my mom's physical therapist and he is so gentle and kind I recommend him for any one with therapy needs
The nurses and doctors were awesome with my elderly father. The nurses made sure he had everything he needed. We have always had a great experience with Highlands every time my parents have been hospitalized. ER nurse Christy Phillips and Dr McDonald were absolutely wonderful!!!
I have had to go Highlands a few times. We had our child there, our daughter had her tonsils removed and I had an emergency where I had to go to the ER. Every time we went the Staff was amazing from the ladies that came in to change the trash to the Doctors. Nursing staff would take time and was very friendly anytime we needed them. Even lady from billing was super friendly. Everyone involved was amazing this Hospital has everything going in the right direction. Thanks for treating us so good.
Every surgery my family has had here was an amazing experience. Big shout out to admissions and the business office for all their help when we needed questions answered regarding fees and bills.
