I'm Not Pleased with the wait and I sat there for 4 hours and still didn't get seen so I left
FAST, clean, and friendly service BUT you don't tell a patient that has came for an antibiotic shot that they can't have it because you are closed and basically don't have time to watch them. Not very much appreciated. I know what it's like to be ready to leave. I worked in a walk-in clinic for 3 years as a x-ray tech. You should treat the patients you have when the door closes the same as you would the first one in the door.
I recieved excellent care and attention from Dr Avenel and all the staff.
The nurses on the 3rd. floor are awesome! My daughter just gave birth to our first grandbaby and they went far and beyond to make her stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you all so much. Your kindness is greatly appreciated!
