I have been septic several times the hospital was clean , very friendly staff and awesome nurses who made me comfortable and took great care of me.

I've found that people that complain all the time about a person, a place or an event should go take a long look in the mirror at there self and see how perfect they are before. you know I always learn more when my mouth is closed
What dont I recommend about about Highlands??? Everything. If you truly love your loved one, do not go to Highlands.
Dr. Espinel is absolutely the rudest man I’ve ever spoke with. After a 6 hour wait my 5 year old temp was climbing by the minute! I asked him to please do a flu test. He argued that 99.8 wasn’t a temp. I told him I understood but that I still wanted a flu test. He literally looked at me and said “it won’t matter it will show up negative!” I told him that I didn’t care I still wanted it done. He stormed out of the room while with his back turned he said “ then I guess you can sit in there for another hour than!” Finally after... read more
Highlands is a place where you can get the medical treatment you need,no matter what it might be..The staff is so professional but at the same time make you feel like family. Thank you Highlands for always being there for me and my family.
I have been there several as well as my husband, they have always been very good to us.
We sat in the ER for 4 hrs and the never call anyone back the whole time we was there.
The majority of the Dr's!are rude!and the majority of the nurse's!treats you like your a mental patient!but yet your only there to be treated for a cold!.....ect!
