they refuse to give information on my grandfather. A relative of mine tried to call and also went to the hospital herself where she was refused information because the nurse is "busy" or "not available". I called myself asking for information and I was given instructions that contradict themselves. they're hardly ever on the job, they say the calling hours are between 1:00 pm-4:00 pm but I've called twice within that range of time and was denied information. who knows what's really going on. don't go to the ER! you can hear an employee trash talking about the patients and she is really loud about it too. we were there morning hours. my nana was getting signed in and another woman in the office was mouthy and making fun of my nana when she told the other girl what was going on with her. I hear the other woman say "I need a cigarette now!,that woman is getting on my nerves she is talking about my nana. nana had some serious health problems and that lady had no disregard for her well being. You don’t keep my mother informed on what’s going on with my grandfather. Then you say he’s being transferred to Erlanger (thank goodness). And you don’t say why, when, what’s going on, nothing. I’m so glad I don’t live in that town and depend on you for my health care.
