I prefer a cleaning with metal tools only. The water jet tool is extremely uncomfortable and painful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The visit was very long, though. Hopefully, that is just a product of it being a first time visit.

I had a difficult extraction and the Dr. worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable and also worked with me on $$ to make sure I got the procedures I need and not just the procedures I could afford.
