I personally felt the experience was a good one except for the fact that I could not tolerate all 4 sessions of zoom whitening therefore I felt like I should not have had to paid the full amount

This is a caring a competent dental practice. This includes the Dentist and the Staff, both operational and administrative. The practice is located close to my job. Since retiring, I considered changing to another dentist closer to my home. But the ownership changed and I am staying put! I never thought I would be "pleased" with any dental practice.
I had the most awesomest and wonderful fir... I had the most awesomest and wonderful first time great experience on my visit for a maintenance check up on 12-3-14. The hygienist, Scheena, (please accept my sincere apologies in advance if I had misspelled Scheena's name) did the most awesomest top notch level of service service and job in taking care of me and my needs during the whole entire processing in my maintenance cleaning and check up as well as the rest of the staff, thankyou Scheena and staff. I'm not a fan of dentist as my blood pressure rises with just the thought of working in my mouth and it scares the daylight out of me.....From the moment I walked into your office I was treated with kindness and respect, everyone seem to be there JUST for ME and I was so comfortable that I almost forgot I was at the dentist.
