I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this office. The office is clean and well-kept (the entrance was a little confusing, but nbd), the receptionists were all very nice and patient with any questions, and the doctor too. It was nice to have the doctor actually willing to look at my concern instead of just dismissing it with a wave of the hand-- could've been a misdiagnosis had I not been more indignant! There was just one doctor. My waiting time was 4hours!
I was seen at exactly the time my appointment was scheduled. Wait time was negligible which almost never happens at a dentist. I was there to have a temporary crown put on a tooth with a root canal. The dentist and hygienist were very thorough and made sure I was comfortable at all times during the procedure. Scheduling a follow-up appointment was a breeze with a lot of available time slots to fit my schedule.
