Good Everyone is so nice at the office. I feel like I get good service.
I had a very bad experience with GMS Dental in Dallas TX. Their customer service was bad, the actual work that was done is questionable, and was overcharged. The dentist didn't say anything to me or explain what he was doing. Luckily the dental assistant was there as she was fabulous. When they were finished, they left bits of blue stuff in my mouth. I still am short $45. My tooth that they worked on has started hurting again and I'm afraid to go back to them. Then they overcharged me and it took multiple phone calls with th... read more

I liked how there is an actual dentist that is there at the cleaning to tell how everything looks or if something needs to be worked on with an exact diagnosis. I also was like the fact that a price detail sheet is printed so you know what to expect when you have the work done.

Although the deep cleaning hurt a little, and I take responsibility for the problem with my teeth, the hygenist was wonderful. Very caring, very professional and always checking to see if I was all right. She made this cleaning experience tolerable (the hurting part) and pleasurable, her demeanor and professionalism.
