Excellent service on my Escape. Everything was taken care of; the car was washed and returned to me looking like brand new. They are a pleasure to deal with.
I recently went to buy a 2018 automobile and agreed on a deal 4 weeks in advance. I then confirmed the deal three times. On the day that I came in to purchase the vehicle, the leasing manager and finance manager tried to charge me an extra $1,000 last second, knowing that I had to buy the car that day. Instead of agreeing, I walked out and went straight to Golf Mill Ford where I received a better deal than my ‘original’ deal, with better service. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
From purchasing my vehicle to servicing my vehicle. I will only go to HPF. They are the best. There is no BS when you are looking to buy a vehicle and service was terrific. I live in Racine and believe me it is worth the drive to go to HPF.
HP Ford Lincoln is right out of the 50's. A true blast from the past. They are a neighborhood dealership that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction. Service is obviously their number one priority. They are respectful and thorough whenever I have had an issue with one of my vehicles.
Horrible experience they don’t care who you are they just don’t you make an offer and if it’s not an offer they like they ignore you like trash they don’t care about counter offering you they just tell you to leave. During my most recent visit to Highland Park, I was provided quick and efficient service. The service adviser informed me of all services to be completed and any recommended services that should be completed. Most importantly it was provided in a very timely manner.
I rolled into HPF with a flat tire in my trunk, no washer fluid and a oil change indicator light. I had picked up a nail on my commute home. My tire was fixed, my washer fluid topped off and my warning lights reset (I wasn’t due for oil for another 2000 miles) for FREE. That’s the kind of service that builds loyalty. I’ll be replacing my tires with them in the spring and they’ll definitely get a shot at my car business if I buy another Ford. Thanks for being s business of integrity. �
