RecommendedGREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH
Service is terrible. Have never had good service on my Escape from HP Ford. My last service visit they said was computer reset for which they charged $160. By the time I got home the bottom of the car was dragging on the ground as they forgot to rebolt it on. Then the problem I went in to fix happened again.

I have had a number of different cars serviced at HPF over the past two decades. My recent service for my Lincoln was the best experience I have ever had from this dealer. They were helpful and fast in getting my service done. I went out for breakfast and they gave me a discount to eat at Denny's. When I returned to pick up my shinny clean car, I found a container of mints for my enjoyment. Hell Done!
Probably the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had including dealing with Comcast. The first time I came to this dealership was for a recall item. I made an appointment a week in advance, showed up to what I was told would take a few hours. I waited. A few hours later I asked how it was going and was told someone was working on it. Ok.
