I had transmission and coolant system flushed and serviced. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and correctly. Runs great.
They suck period. Brought my son's car there for a starter problem car was SUPPOSE to be ready In 3 days they held car for 2 weeks, only to be told it was a gem module and they have problem getting the part. I CALL BULLSHIT!! WHEN my husband an don showed up to pick up car all the dashboard lights came on an it locked up. Oh did i tell u my son an husband were met with attitude upon picking up the truck by the employees. We called them to have it towed at their expense yes u got that right. Their expense!! Wow, Just talked to Martin Price owner of the dealership. My parents car flooded while in his custody and under his care and control while in for a minor repair. The car is now totaled and he just told me they can get whatever they can from insurance but his words: "I am not going to make them whole". Horrible customer service, he could care less that they are losing money because of him. Ford should be embarrassed to be represented by a dealer like this and they will hear about it.
