Service advisors have to figure out that people have choices of dealership on where to go. Better customer service . Those advisors talking to customers like trash.
Despite the pandemic, I had a phenomenal experience at Highland Park Ford Lincoln! I love that the owner came in person to not only meet me, but made certain that the sign and drive process was a smooth one! I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend such quality service to any and all interested in purchasing a vehicle!
I had a recall on my Fusion and they got me in to fit my schedule. It must have been doughnut day to go along with the great beverage selection in the waiting room 😎 They did a great, quick service as usual !
