The office staff is very friendly and well organized. I really like the email/text reminder to confirm upcoming appointments. I wouldn't change a thing!!
I have a lot of anxiety regarding the dentist and this staff does everything in their power to keep anxious patients nice and calm. I really appreciated it! Also, I've never dealt with a more professional medical staff (in any type of doctor/dentist office). That goes a long way with me. We settle for sub-par service far too often. We shouldn't have to do it with our health. Hoven and Morgan Dentistry are fantastic!
Dr. Hoven is a dear. She is very gentle and reassuring. I especially appreciated the personal phone call the next day to check-up on me. I have had much dental work done on my teeth and sat in many a dentists' chair - and I can say, without a doubt, that Dr. Hoven is the best.
Love that y'all are always fast and I am in and out. Also, Dr. Hoven is very gentle. No pain! And she personally called me the morning after my procedure to check on me. Love this dentist and I'm so glad I switched.
