I ordered two beds on the 25th October was told that they were getting delivered on Tuesday the 29th stayed in all day then got InTouch with the firm l bought them from and was told that they would be delivered on the 30th again they didn't arrive then got told they would arrive on the 31st only one arrived the delivery man was told that only one was ordered so l showed him my bank statement which was my proof he could only apologise then went on his next delivery, l got intouch with the firm again as highgrove were the beds... read more
Excellent quality and service
Contacted customer service as our mattress started bulging and sagging. Sent photos and received a dismissive response effectively saying the bulges were due to sitting on the mattress and not rotating it enough. All of which was rubbish. Won’t be buying anything from this company again and don’t bother contacting them as it’s a waste of time.
The lorry driver ran into my car causing extensive damage then fled the scene. I called the dispatcher and got the run around until they finally said that it never happened. I've filed a police report and am waiting for the results of that as I have witnesses. Management wouldn't even speak with me on the phone even after multiple requests. What a terribly run company who take no responsibility.
