If only I had recorded the level of abuse I have endured from this car wash! As soon as I got into the car wash I heard a bang noise on my windscreen, one of the staff members had thrown 2 of his sponges at my car for absolutely no reason, when I questioned him he got argumentative saying 'I didn't damage your windscreen, it's just sponges', I explained that's not the point, it's not the service I'm paying for and it's rude manners.
