It would have been 5 stars had it been before the merge. Dr Jha and Dr Craske are great doctors, before the merge I could not fault this great surgery but since the merge… months waiting for a blood test, appointments booked in the past, medication for my son wrong (because they couldn’t check the last prescription)… emails that I didn’t get a reply to leading to me waiting hours on the phone to get through to someone… when you’re on the phone and you have the option to leave your number for a call back don’t do it. They've got my prescription wrong back to back, likely because they are too lazy to read it and just select my most common medicines. This has hurt my health. The receptionist is constantly in a horrid mood. I have never seen them smile or respond in a positive way with good manners. If interacting with patients makes them this mad, they really should get another job.

I waited three weeks for my telephone appointment. Somehow I missed the call in the morning. Not sure how, as I was browsing on the internet. Two hours later I noticed on my phone ONE missed call from the surgery exactly the same time I was reading an article on my phone. I called the surgery to say I am available, please call me again. They advised me that I should receive the call by the end of the day. Unfortunately, I am working from 2pm so won’t be able to have my phone with me. I am so disappointed with the staff at this surgery. The 2 receptionists are both so rude, mean and always in a bad mood. As a first time mum, anxious to go outside with my newborn, going to the surgery is really one journey I do out of need not because I want to. Every single time I go there, I feel treated in the worst way- spoken rudely, no eye contact at all, no smile, no empathy, like these staff don't want to be there and really hate people. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment I’ve received from your receptionists and staff. Their behavior has been consistently rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. I’ve experienced this multiple times. Patients come to you for help, and it’s unacceptable to be spoken to in such a bad manner. Your staff’s attitude shows a serious lack of professionalism and basic respect. If they cannot speak to patients kindly and respectfully, they should keep their bad manners to themselves.
