Very kind, helpful and professional staff.
This service is appauling, most of nhs GPS have problems at the moment but this practice in particular is ridiculously unprofessional. I am currently being sick daily and have asked them for help however as it's a joint doctors they keep confusing records and keep trying to send me to a practice further from my own. Still no success with my healthy and they are unwilling to assess it. Serious misconduct in regards to the hypacratic oath.
I'd have given no stars if this was possible. Honestly the worst surgery I've ever had to deal with. The reception staff make no attempt to help you, the answer is always "no". They make you feel so unwelcome and make you feel like everything is your fault despite it usually being THEIR fault. They take NO responsibility for their actions and they never apologise.
