Polite, lovely with my furr baby's, nice toys for animals too.
Been going to Highcroft Vets for over 25 years and they have supported all my pets which has been very comforting for them and me.
I was a 5 star 4 years ago. Since they've been bought out and sold, no one answers the phone, Polegate vet is always shut, trying to get flee and worm collection is a nightmare. Quick to take your money which has increased considerably and no service! If you're looking at vets, avoid Highcroft.
Helpful and caring, whenever i have to take my minture schnauzer, good knowledge , but always find it expensive
