Highcliffe medical centre have been outstanding. So efficient, kind and caring.
It's gone from bad to worse. You can't see a doctor. You can't even get a phone call for 8 weeks. Doctors are unhelpful and patronising. The levels of incompetence are off the charts. Prescriptions don't get processed. Then get sent to the wrong pharmacy. No one has a clue what they are doing.
Crazy! Just want to update my new mobile number. Should be able to send a simple email or SMS but no! Instead I have to wait forever to speak to a person and take a space in the queue to add to the misery of somebody who might be ill. Absolutely ridiculous. I might try sending a telegram but that might be too modern for the surgery! Steve K.
Highcliffe Medical Centre, where do i start? - never any appointments to see a doctor due to all the old people flooding the place everyday. - everytime you ring the waiting que is in the 20's. - receptionist EXTREMELY rude, shrugging and full of attitude. - If your leg is falling off, guess what? 14 June I travelled to Hoburne Naish for a weeks holiday on the Sunday I realised I had left my tablets at home contacted 111 and they sent me to New Milton Pharmacy it was closed.So I rang 111 again they apologised and sent me to Tesco New Milton 9.15 but lady assistant said pharmacist not in so went back in the afternoon and he said you should have come earlier Isaid I did you weren’t in.so he referred me to the right New Milton Pharmacy after 40 minutes there I said excuse me is my script ready she said it takes time you ... read more
