Taken my car for mot today only to find out when I went to collect that it had failed on a bulb and they have charged £25.19 extra to replace a bulb when I asked why nobody contacted me before hand I was told this is reasonable. No matter how small of a job I should have been kept in the loop
Very nice genuine people. Undertook work on car my last week, quality ,courtesy and price were excellent. Asked for a diagnostic check this week which Highams did, but refused to charge me for, despite my insistence. Good reliable people to entrust your vehicle to.
