Receptionists have 0 empathy, are very cheeky and clearly know very little about healthcare. Walked in on 3 of them chatting and god forbid they had to take the time to speak to a customer
I was advised 2 weeks ago to consult my blood test results with the doctor. I'm trying to make an appointment for that since then- call every single day, from 8:30 straight, to hear a busy signal and around 8:50 finally be connected to "sorry, there is no appointments for today". I'm loosing a 15-20 min every day at work to trying make an appointment! HOW can I consult my results? Is there anyone answer the phone? Always well looked after by the fabulous reception team and doctors
A disgusting terrible service, non -professional employees at the reception, it is impossible to get through, the phone line is busy all the time, it is very difficult to get to the doctor. This is the biggest problem that needs to be solved at the state level.
