Our experience was great to start off with, the home appear lovely at first sight and the sales woman is super helpful - until they get your money that is. Then their whole attitude changes and they sadly treat their customers with disdain. One of the directors actually sent a very angry message to most of the residents on our development suggesting we set up a "High Street Homes Hate Group" if we are unhappy with the "perceived shortcomings of High Street Homes" which I found both bizarre and highly unprofessional! It is with great sadness that we write this post, but we do so to try and warn people from doing business with High Street Homes. We purchased a property in March 2024 which in fairness is a lovely home and although had had some ‘snagging’ issues is generally a very nice place to live and built to a decent enough standard. It really had the potential to be the dream home for our family.
