They don't turn up or keep you informed.useless. Unreliable. Don't bother with them.
I organised for this firm to come and repair a broken boiler we waited a week for him to come and spoke to him the morning he was due and was told he would arrive at dinner time he never turned up and had failed to answer the phone since the last word he said were don’t worry mate I won’t let you down
Brian and his assistant have been round several times and I couldn't recommend their services any higher!! From installing new radiators, to moving water supplies and fixing several leaks he's provided a fantastic service at a really fair price. Top quality!!!
