We first discovered HQJ when I knocked at a neighbours door to see where they had purchased their very smart front door. Anyway, we contacted HQJ, told them what product we wanted and rough measurements and they sent someone out for a proper survey. The person that came was very knowledgeable of the products, took final measurements and had our quote sent. Before leaving though, he sat down with my wife and I to check which products we wanted. Right from our first visit to the showroom to my multiple questions to the office about the product to the fitter who came everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We couldn't be more pleased with our new Smart front door and highly recommend HQJ. Thank you!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always friendly and helpful. They actually make windows and doors in their factory so they know there stuff. Not pushy when it comes to sales which is great
