Do not move here! This company is very unprofessional and sorry. They do not keep their property up and only patch up their units. Most of the staff are rude! Please think twice before you rent from this apartment complex.
High Pointe Apartments are a rip off , you pay all this money monthly for poor service, condescending office workers & poor property management....the complex uses all bootleg companies to come bandage apartments rather than spending the money & taking the time out to pay for quality service. SAL doesn't follow their own guidelines for each one of their clients for a lack of a better word in aiding them in their recovery!!!
I have been having problems with outside lighting for about a month now, I have made maintenance and management aware of it. It's a safety issue and they don't care. Maybe it will take someone getting hurt going down the unlit stairs?! Or robbed in a dark hallway? Thanks. Live somewhere else!
I've lived here coming up on a year. Love it! Great Staff! Best apartments I've lived in so far in Homewood without breaking your bank. Best Management as well. Always friendly and helpful.
Filthy! There are possums in the parking lot!!! The Department of Health should pay them a visit!
