So just moved in today. I address my concerns yesterday before moving in, I was told they will be handled today....they are now closed....NO HEAT!! I'm 5 1/2 months pregnant w/ twins on top of everything else, so my level of fustrated is at an all time high!! I just keep telling myself this is only temporary....So I have called the emergency maintenance number...30 minutes...NO ANSWER! SO LET ME GO AND BUY MY FAMILY & I SOME HEATERS, SO WE WONT FREEZE!!! VERY DISSATISFIED😡🤬
This is the only hell i know on earth... they fix nothing... cant wait to move out... its full of incompetent management... arrogant... its a real shithole in America...
We had a horrible mold and mushroom problem that they never fixed. This place is terrible. I guess they expected us to live in 3rd world country conditions. Do not waste your time or money moving here.
DO NOT.....DO NOT move here!! This has been my worst experience with an apartment. I was almost electrocuted by a stove that they have been fixing since January. They blame all maintenance issues on the fact that they only have one maintenance man. You can't cook and wash clothes without knocking the power going out in the whole apartment. Terrible apartment. Do not move here!!!
Been here almost 1 month can not get maintenance to fix problems from the first day I moved in.Cant get office staff to return any calls or answer the phone.Make your own decision.
Fuck Highpoint Apartments!! they are very unprofessional fuck the maintenance men fuck everybody in the front office!!!!!!!!!!!!
