I ordered two mtb tyres, one of which had a manufacturing fault. I contacted Jonathan at High On Bikes providing photos to prove my problem. They were very helpful and sent a replacement within two days. I thoroughly recommend this company.
I had a query, called the store and spoke to Jonathan. A true asset to this great, family run business. Jonathan was knowledgeable and needed to check whether he had a solution for me that wasn't on the website. 10 minutes later he called back, directed me to what I needed to buy and the rest is on PayPal! Really great to deal with a business that lives and breathes what it sells. Chapeau.
