I had a 12 o clock appointment this morning after booking half a day off, unpaid. I was initially sent upstairs to the wrong department and I was then sent downstairs and consequently 3 minutes late. The receptionist ignored me for 10 - 15 minutes as they were on the phone before finally acknowledging me and stating that I could no longer have my appointment because I'm more than 10 minutes late, with zero empathy. Tried for 3 day at 7.30 on the dot for a toddler and now resulted in hospital due to phone lines saying full at 7.30..2s thinking of leaving the surgery now
I'm very pleased so far with the service at High Oak Surgery. I recently requested a private letter to use as proof of address, and they were absolutely outstanding in terms of speed—10 out of 10. When my bank pointed out that some details were missing, the surgery promptly revised the letter at no extra cost and provided the updated version the same day.
