The entire process from advice on the build to delivery and installation was flawless! If 6 stars were available I'd give them, the install in particular was first class and done in no time at all, I haven't slept so well in years. Thanks guys.
I started using this company back in 1998 and then switched from having a waterbed from 2015- now. Even though we do not live near the company, we've returned to use them again having traveled 200 round trip to go to choose bed etc John is just the same as ever, very knowledgeable, great customer service and Luke his son and is just as good. Bed installed quickly after arrival and we are sleeping well again. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I was given their contact details from Mike at Ely Waterbeds, what a stroke of luck !! I thought I was going to have to get a special made mattress for my Australian size waterbed, Luke at H&D spec’d everything , 3 days to arrive , fitted it yesterday using H&D YouTube vids. Everything top quality , cannot recommend them enough ….!! Well done 5star service…
Great bed, great aftercare. Been 25 years! Follow up service for moving, replacement mattress and linen etc perfect. Highly recommend waterbed and this company
