I ordered my taxi whilst in Australia as my original collection from Manchester airport with a family member was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. I arrived at the airport, spoke to Julie at Higgins Taxis and was told my driver would be with me shortly - unfortunately due to my phone not pinging back to UK coverage there was a bit of difficulty contacting the driver.
